I'm currently doing my intrapartum clinical and so far I have seen mostly c-sections. I do still believe that birth is natural, being that it is perfectly natural that the ob residents will want to take your patient to c-section. I have been at one unmedicated vaginal birth so far, which was only the second unmedicated vaginal birth I have seen - the first being that of a certain toddler who currently resides in virginia. All the other births I have been at have been c-sections or operative vaginal deliveries.
