What I learned this week:
I can cut an episiotomy without passing out
I like suturing with vicryl much better than chromic
Ann Coulter is even more annoying at 5am in the morning
Despite feeling incompetent, useless, discouraged and just wanting to go home - I can make it through another 21 hours of call
